bmw Creator C330 Software update

Have you equipped with a reliable Creator C110 BMW for your Honda and Acura. If not, you may be more interested in Honda Creator C330 that I am about to introduce. It is hand-held and easy to operate with powerful functions and wide car coverage.

Creator C110 BMW can be used to read and clear trouble codes, display live data stream and graph display and ECU ID. It covers multiple systems, such as engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, Body, EPS and immobilizer etc. On the other hand, C330 supports Honda and Acura vehicles for OBDII sockets, including ACCORD, ASCOT, CAPA, CIVIC, CR-V, CR-X and more.

Then before using, there is a more important thing that you need to be familiar with the update process. And here, I’d like to share with you about software update.

Software Update ( 4 Steps)

1. Setup update tool

Put the CD into the CD driver, and then you can find the setup file in the CD

Click the “setup file” to setup the tool, and to finish it.

2. Run the update tool

Click the update tool icon and run it (followed pictures and steps below)

(1) Use the USB Cable connect to C330 scanner and PC
(2) Run the update software

(1) Click “update”. Then the select window will appear

(2) Change the path to find the update file (HONDA_CREATOR_XXXXXX.BIN)
(3) Select update file and click “open”
(4) Enter into upgrade interface; wait for the end of upgrade.
WARNNING:
DO not powerful off during update.
DO not Plug or Unplug USB tools during upgrade.

3. Start update

Waiting for a few minutes, the software will update the scanner tool.

4. Finish update

When the update is finished, the screen on PC will show as below.

If update succeeds, the software will display “Update success”, if not, it will display”Update fail! Try again”.
Press “finish”, the scanner is already updated, and you can unplug the scanner from PC.
