One customer wants to update the diagkey scanner VVDI
to V2.6.3 ,
his original version was V2.6.2, he updated by himself, once the new version
released, but met with the error “This type will be supported in future”.
Warning: Please DON’T update again if device can run normally on matching
software version.
If other customer have the same problem,
you can follow the solution of the update:
1. Send us your serial number
2. Our egineer will update the new version by the serial number, and we will send the file back to you
3. Update VVDI by the file.
