Here is the problem that our customer met with:
After he installed the kess
v2 software ready, he opened the software,
it promptg him “Connectiong not established”. Red light on KESS V2 was on.
Problem is that one of the original software file is
destroyed, he need to reinstall it again.
Solution:
Keep the software you install, and then
install this installation software again.
Then do the following steps:
1) Find “Ksuita” this file on disk
C. And “Cut” this file to desktop. (now we call it old Ksuita folder)
2) Download the installation software to
your laptop, then run it (Then it will generate another “Ksuita” folder on Disk
C, we call it new Ksuita folder)
3) After you install the installation
software ready, then open the old Ksuita file you cutted to desktop. Copy all
files in old Ksuita folder.
4) Go to disk C, find the new kess
v2 folder it
generates after you install the installation software, then paste all the files
of old Ksuita folder to this new one.
5) Then test your KESS V2 and tell me
the result.
