How to solve the “wake up error” in kess v2?

Q: I use kess v2 to read the car, but it gives me  “wake up error” prompt. How to do now?
A: Do not use anti-virus software. You can use the two way to solve:
1) There is the TF card for kess v2, copy the software for TF card to other place, then format the TF card. Then recopy the software to your TF card. Then you can use kess v2 normally. TF card is in the main board.

2)Use the fix tool to fix it first. They way same as the tokens programming.

These days, I got a fault on kess v2 from my client showing as the following picture. Here I am giving two ways to solve this problem. One is that the client isntalled our software in an incompatible operation system. Please install this kess v2 on required operation system.

The other one is to fix the device according to the solution on limitation of kess v2. Just by buying LPC2487 chip to replace the original chip and buying JTAG programmer accessory with number LINK J-LINK V8 and then just follow installation on software. If not, try to change programs in the tf card.
