KESS V2 wake up error

“Wake up error” when using  kess v2 to do remove DTCs . What should do to fix it? Have been using the ECU programmer for months and have never encountered the problem before.So wondering if there is a quick way to fix the problem?

Here are three solutions may concerned:

§             1)Renew the programs inside its TF card.

§             2)Reinstall the  kess v2 software.Use our software,disable the internet and anti-virus software,reinstall the software depend our installation video.

§             3)Reprogram the CPU program.We will send you a video of repair process.
